VENOUS2022 Recreation: Golf, Tennis and 5K Fun Run

We invite you to join us and your colleagues on the morning of Wednesday, February 23, 2022 for some fun and fresh air before the AVF Annual Meeting officially kicks off.

Wednesday: 8:00AM – 1:00PM, GOLF

Dr. Daniel Monahan invites you to join him for 18 holes of golf designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman to offer golfers a blend of traditional and modern elements, creating a truly unique golf course.  Your golf registration fee of $165 includes 18 holes of golf with cart and an AVF t-shirt.  You are welcome to bring your own clubs or rent a set from the course for $59 + tax.

Wednesday: 9:00AM – 10:30AM, TENNIS

You are welcome to hit the tennis court near the Villas and the Sunset Lodge and Suites for a little friendly competition with your friends and colleagues. You may bring your own racket or, if you are staying with us at the Omni, rackets are available for guests to check out at the Towel Hut. Your tennis registration fee of $35 also includes an AVF t-shirt.

Wednesday: 10:00AM – 11:00AM, 5K Fun Run

Dr. Efthymios (Makis) Avgerinos, our 2021 Program Chair, invites you to go for a run with him on a 5K adventure around the resort in the Florida sunshine. Your Fun Run registration fee of $35 also includes an AVF t-shirt.
