Scholarship winners will receive free registration to AVF 2026 and (3) three nights hotel accommodations. 

Winners will be required to attend the Physicians in Training sessions and/or the APP+ sessions that are scheduled for February 28 & March 1, 2026. Winners are encouraged to attend the entire AVF meeting which ends on March 4, 2026. Winners are also encouraged to participate as author or co-author of an abstract submitted for consideration for presentation at the meeting, but this is not required and will not be factored into the award decision.

• Awardee will be responsible for their own costs in excess of the scholarship award

• Your interest in venous disease; how it developed, current experience, and future goals
• How this scholarship and participation at the AVF Annual Meeting will serve you and your patients
• A copy of your current Curriculum Vitae
• A letter of recommendation from your program chair or supervisor
