Associate Membership
Associate Membership – $180
Membership Criteria:
Associate membership shall be open to advanced practice providers (nurse practitioners and physician associates/assistants), nurses, and allied health professionals who have demonstrated an interest in, and contributed to, the care and management of venous and lymphatic patients. Associate Members shall pay such membership dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors and shall be eligible to serve on committees of the Corporation. Associate Members shall have full membership rights and privileges including the right to vote if dues are paid by the specified deadline for voting qualification, and to serve as an officer and on the Board of Directors of the Corporation as a director.
- Associate members are eligible to serve on AVF committees, Have the right to vote, and serve as an officer on the Board of Directors.

- Curriculum Vitae which includes education, Board Certification(s), teaching appointments, hospital appointments, and a list of the applicant’s publications (if any) pertaining to venous or lymphatic disease.
